In a joint venture between Six Construct and Ssangyong, The Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences is a mega project that comprises a hotel and residences. It encompasses 43 storeys and will culminate at a height of 185 meters above sea-level, while the residential tower will reach 37 storeys (165 meters above sea-level).
The complex will offer 795 guest rooms and suites as well as 231 serviced residences.
